Chef Roel, will create a restaurant level of luxury to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home, a chosen venue or your preferred location.
Each course can be picked from our “Culinary menu”, or created and custom tailored to suit your event best. ABOUT THE CHEF
Director and founder of Amuse Dining and Roots Chocolates, Roel discovered his passion for the culinary arts at a young age and graduated Culinary school in his native land, Belgium. After working along some renowned chef throughout his travels, he has been able to refine his kitchen skills to become the highly regarded chef he is today. He holds a deep passion for delivering high standard dishes that everyone can enjoy and will create the exceptional dining experience.

WHAT EVENTS DO WE CATER FOR?
We cover all types of catering from small intimate dining, to large gatherings, cocktail parties, formal and informal and for many different occasions.
DO YOU SET THE TABLE?
You will need to provide the table settings, however if you have more guests or want us to help we can arrange that for you as well, just let us know.
For small gatherings, the chef will serve you and your guests, but for larger numbers 10+ we provide fully trained wait staff.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE?
Not much to be honest. You need to prepare a space in your fridge (1-2 shelves), introduce the Chef to the kitchen & dining area. The chef will arrive 1.5 hours beforehand to the location with all ingredients and begins preparing.
WHO DOES THE WASHING UP?
Our staff will clear everything away and load your dishwasher, leaving your kitchen exactly as they found it, leaving you to bask in the afterglow of a wonderful event.
You really won’t need to lift a finger.
